Refund policy

La Vida Dahlia does not have a traditional set Return/Refund policy beyond this one: If you receive tubers that you have questions or concerns about, you must send an email directly to amatteucci@msn.com within the first 48 hours of product receipt. 

You must be prepared to provide details about your specific concern or question along with photos for reference.  As a general rule, refunds on tubers may require that the tubers of concern are returned to La Vida Dahlia at the customer's expense. 

All cases will be handled individually depending on the circumstances.
