Shipping policy
Missing Packages - La Vida Dahlia is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or inaccurately marked as delivered. Note that packages shipped via USPS will ONLY be reimbursed to the RECIPIENT. You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for contacting USPS or UPS (depending on carrier chosen by La Vida Dahlia) and making the necessary claims.
All customers are provided a shipping notification along with a tracking number via email. It is the customer's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that packages are retrieved from mailboxes and/or front porches (or anywhere else you receive our packages) in a timely manner to prevent damage to the tubers caused by extended darkness or extreme temperatures. La Vida Dahlia strongly recommends signing up for notifications from the carrier so that you are notified the moment it is delivered. We will be and we will know when it was delivered, so please do not contact us if you were not able to make arrangements on your end and your tubers are negatively affected because the sat outside for hours or days.
La Vida Dahlia only ships to street addresses. No PO Box delivery orders will be fulfilled.
