Carmen Mimi has a special meaning to Sullivan's because they have named varieties after their grandkids. For me, though, Mimi hold a place in my heart because that is the moniker my own mother chose when she became a grandmother. I wish she was still here so I could grow a field of them for her! Carmen Mimi is truly unique and spectacular. Introduced in 2020, this gorgeous Cactus  brings a pop of life to any garden. I'm a firm believer in layering in textures and colors and Mimi is perfect to do just that! Carmen Mimi is impossible to find, so please come back next year if you aren't able to grab her in the sale!
