Carmen Pio is one of my most anticipated dahlias of the 2025 growing season. Introduced in 2021, Pio scored 86.33 and 85.2 in the 2020 ADS Trial Gardens. She's a BB semi-cactus with luminous pink blooms. Trust me, these are the varieties that get people to stop and look at your garden because they are so unique and outstanding.
