WB'S Cecil

WB's Cecil is such a cool bloom. I'd pretty much buy anything coming out of River's Dahlias hybridizing program, but Cecil hits all the marks. I didn't take nearly enough photos of Cecil, especially in fall gradient bouquets, but it just works so well. WB's Cecil pumps out the blooms and its stellar shape draws so much interest. If you care about these things, it makes a TON of tubers that store incredibly well.
